It was wonderful to meet all our new Gluten Free friends, and we look forward to providing wonderful Gluten and Allergen Free foods for many years to come. At G.F. Joe’s Market we strive to simplify shopping for your individual dietary needs, whether it is gluten-free, wheat-free or other special diets. Some of the brands that can be found at G.F. G.F. Joe's Market is family owned and operated by Joe and Kaylee Spancic, along with our two sons, Joseph and Jacob, and our daughter Alexandria. How we came about: Joe was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in April of 2006. The diagnosis came as both a relief and the new problem of figuring out what to eat. Joe will never forget the first thing his physician said after telling him he had CD, "Nothing but meat and potatos for you". This sounded cool to Joe, He loves meat and potatoes. Then reality set in, the first trip to the grocery store! Three hours later, with a bag of Fritos and a box of rice, We realized this was going to be more difficult than "Meat and Potatoes" After two years of reading labels, traveling to 4 or 5 different grocery stores (some hundreds of miles away), ordering on-line, it was time to bring it all together in one location. This is our mission at G.F. Joe's Market, everything in one location!
